Big payouts, first-class facilities and free slip rentals will be featured at the 36th annual Hoosier Coho Club Classic fishing tournament to be held May 1-2, 2010 in Michigan City, Indiana.
First place will pay $7,500 in the Pro division and $2,500 on the Amateur side, based on a minimum of 30 boats in each field. Entry fees are $425 for Pro division and $225 for Am.
Thousands more in cash and merchandise will be up for grabs in Big Fish, 2nd Day/2nd Chance, Side Pots, Tag Team and 333 events within the Classic.
The Hoosier Coho Club also hosts a Pro/Am tune-up tournament on Apr. 24.
Proof of registration is required to receive the free slips (in Washington Park Marina), which are compliments of the Michigan City Port Authority.
Preregister for both the Pro/Am and Classic and receive dockage at no cost from April 19 through May 2. Preregister for the Classic only and receive dockage from April 26 to May 2.
Classic sponsors include Alco Transportation, B&E Marine, Bass Pro, Big Jon Sports, Bosch Tools, Dreamweaver Lures. LaPorte County Tourism, Metro Beverages, Michigan City Summer Festivals and Tiara Yachts.
